Norilsk Nickel finishes re-registration of Bystrinsky GOK to Russia
MOSCOW, Dec 14 (PRIME) -- Russian metals giant Norilsk Nickel has finished re-registration of its Bystrinsky GOK ore enrichment plant to the national jurisdiction by excluding Cyprus-registered company GRK Eastern Geology Limited from the ownership structure, Norilsk Nickel said in a statement on Thursday.
JSC Holding Company Bystra has become the new holding company of the Bystrinsky GOK. Norilsk Nickel owns 50.01% in Bystra, while tycoon Vladimir Potanin’s Interros has a 36.66% stake and United Resources Limited, a company of the HOPU Investments fund, owns 13.33%.
